Not a zebra finch
Zebra finch. But I don’t necessarily consider them “friendly” because they would most likely fly away if they were out of their cage. You might want to consider a parakeet. they have “zebra like” markings on their forehead and sometimes on their wings. And they can be very friendly, but if you want to get one You should get a male because they tend to be more friendly than females.
